Cozy, top-floor 3BR loft with balcony in West Town • 15 Min from Downtown

Positive: Easy to access, keypad door. on street parking was easy. Overall good location for our plans/needs (near United Center). Clean. Nice kitchen. Negative: The street noise was significant the first night. I discovered several windows were not completely closed (they are simply vinyl windows that don't fit well). I closed/locked windows and the next night was way better. Outdoor furniture is badly decayed.

Positive: location was good. Space was ample. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Bathroom could have been cleaner and I would have preferred a bathtub. TV remote did not work. Staircase going up was very tight and curvy. Coffee pot was too small. There was no ice.

A nice, comfortable and convenient place to explore Chicago from. Positive: The apartment was excellent. Plenty of room, clean and in a good spot. Negative: The air conditioning was incredibly loud for much of the time, which for the 3 jet lagged friends was not overly helpful with sleeping.

Gorgeous, cozy place with great views close to the city. Positive: The location is amazing! Close enough you can be in the city in under 20 minutes walking/taking the L trains or buses, but just far enough that you’re away from all the craziness. The apartment was gorgeous, was pleasantly surprised with the tall ceilings and skylight. You can see the skyline from the upstairs room, which was something I didn’t realize but was very excited about. Seriously could live in the apartment if i was able to lol Negative: The stairs were a bit tedious with a child and suitcases. Definitely wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but would probably be better with older children/ or no children. Also there was no trash bin the the alley that was labeled for the address (I looked at every one but *might* have missed it)
